For beta feedback, account help or privacy requests, contact Lee Andro at support@drivex.party. Replies may come from our Gmail support inbox.
We delete resolved support emails and voluntarily supplied diagnostic files from our inbox and downloaded working copies within 30 days after resolution. Provider backup retention is separate.
01Report a problem
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, DriveX version, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot can help; hide private locations and account details that are not needed. Never send your password, verification code, reset link or API keys.
02Sign-in and password reset
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Check spam and use the newest email link. If a sending limit appears, wait before requesting again. If the problem continues, send the error text and approximate time to support, without the email link.
03GPS and automatic recording
Check Location Services, Precise Location and the permissions requested by DriveX. Automatic background detection depends on iOS permissions, available GPS and device conditions. Beta testing has identified a delayed automatic start in one physical test; the cause is still being investigated. Check your saved route after a drive. Operate the app only while parked or have a passenger help.
04Account deletion
Open Drive → Profile → Delete account and follow the confirmation. Hosted Parties end; other participants retain their own records. The deleting device also clears the local data listed in the confirmation. If deletion cannot complete, contact support rather than repeatedly creating accounts. See the privacy notice for details about local copies, exports and backups.
05Saved trips and cloud backups
Saved local trips and private cloud backups are separate copies. Deleting one does not automatically delete the other. Use the appropriate local-trip or cloud-backup control.
